Indicators

The platform uses the basic and most universal indicators, which allow fast and efficient comparison of the efficiency of logistics operations. The definitions of the indicators have been established and standardized by a multidisciplinary team of logistics managers, supervised by ECR and ILiM:

  1. on-time delivery to customers [%] – share of total deliveries on time in total deliveries in the month.
    The indicator is introduced as a value between 0 and 100, to one decimal place.
  2. in-full delivery to customers [%] – share of number of units orders which were delivered to customers in that month in total number of units ordered in that month.
    The indicator is introduced as a value between 0 and 100, to one decimal place.
  3. level of customer claims (error-free) [%] – share of number of orders advertised in total number of orders received by the customers in that month (including only quantitative and / or qualitative complaints, the aspects of claims arising from pricing are not taken into account).
    The indicator is introduced as a value between 0 and 100, to one decimal place.
  4. stock coverage rate [in days] – the ratio of the average inventory for the month to sale in those month multiplied by the number of days in that month.
    The indicator is introduced as the natural number, with limit to 1000.
  5. accuracy of sales forecast (for 1 month and 3 months) [%] – share of actual value of sales in that month in value of forecast for that month.
    The indicator is introduced as a value between 0 and 1000, to one decimal place.
